Steve Houghtaling: Family and Scout Activities

Steve Houghtaling was born and raised in Waterbury, CT and currently resides in Ellington, CT.
He is currently the Troop Committee Chairman for Troop 2020 in Vernon, CT. Steve’s son, Gavin, became an Eagle Scout in the summer of 2020 and now attends the University of Vermont majoring in Business & Finance; Gavin is also on the varsity cross-country, indoor & outdoor track teams.

Steve Houghtaling’s daughter, Mira, attends the University of Hartford majoring in education. She has a weekly podcast with her friend Rally. The podcast, “Girls on Film”, reviews and analyzes movie soundtracks.
